5.1 miles
41 minutes
Had a good lunch run with a couple of colleagues. This one was just about getting the miles in. Felt good overall with a little tightness in the outer band on my left knee. It was a perfect day for running. Probably 58 degrees, no wind, sun poking through the clouds.

The midday run rocks.
When I worked north of Boston I used to go out with some colleagues and log some at-work-miles. It's a great brain refresher. Beats drinking at your desk . . . speaking of which, I need to re-stock my booze drawer!
Speaking of the booze drawer, I snagged two handles of gin at the NH State store on the way home from Hingham Sunday. $23 a piece, not a bad price to be fully stocked for G&T season.
Mmmmmmmmm . . . Gin . . .
