Ran this morning. 3 miles. for those of you who have run in Boston this week know how icy the sidewalks can be. I only slipped and fell twice. That's one better than yesterday's run.
It felt good to be out on the Charles!

Yeah, completely slippery. I was thinking this AM that I'm looking forward to dry, iceless roads -- not long now, it's 3/1, spring is around the corner!
