Three miles this morning at a decent pace. Shins & ankles felt fine before and after. I ended up running only once last week as the ankle still felt iffy. Plan to run Thursday and then the 5K race (ugh) on Sunday.

This is an experiment in distance training. We are a bunch of guys in our 30s who live far apart. This is our training blog. We hope to use each others postings as motivation in our own training.

C'mon! The race will be a blast! I'm psyched to get out there and run it.
I NEVER do a 10K race this early in the year. It will be fine and fun. Hopefully it's not frigid so when you're done and cheering me on you won't freeze! I'll cal you this week, we can coordinate transport.
Nothing like a race to reset the psyche. The adrenaline alone will make it worth the trip. Looking forward to the post-race post.
