I got in a 6 miler this morning. It was -1 when I left the house, but there was no wind so it was actually beautiful out on the roads. Crisp and clear. Good way to start the day.

This is an experiment in distance training. We are a bunch of guys in our 30s who live far apart. This is our training blog. We hope to use each others postings as motivation in our own training.

You're brave. Minus 1 would have kept me in. My arbitrary threshold is pretty much anything below 4 F (though I've run in 3 F) I bag it or wait it out. Way to go getting out in that! Now I might need to adjust my arbitrary line to keep up. See, that's the beauty of the blog, right?
