Run in the morning again. I hate that my body is still not awake. Ran for 32 minutes and felt decent with a HR168. I am pretty sure it was over 3 miles. It better be, otherwise I am very slow.

Well, good for you for getting out. It's all about training your body. I like the afternoon workout -- I feel more awake, but you train your body to function in the morning and it will. Keep going and you and your body will get used to the early hour. Also, the afternoon workout gets trumped often by life -- like this weekend.
I let chores and projects trump running on Saturday, and then spent Mother's Day with the family -- I didn't feel right bailing early on Sunday AM to run and leave Mom with the kids. It was a good day, and a good weekend, but I let some beautiful weather slip on by -- same thing today, I can't motivate for Monday runs so I didn't.
