Got out on schedule last night for 36 minutes. Nothing unusual to report. Got some technical shirts, and so was a fair bit more comfortable sweating, and undoubtedly more handsome.

This is an experiment in distance training. We are a bunch of guys in our 30s who live far apart. This is our training blog. We hope to use each others postings as motivation in our own training.

More handsome? Maybe. More svelte? Definitely.
Limited gear for running, but still gotta love it.
Dunno. Red and navy blue are good colors for me.
Even within running there is great gear. GPS, speciality sneakers. This was an interesting story, from Inc. mag.
