Went out for a 3 miler today with some friends. A little hot out there but not bad. I came in second place to the other two runners. I think I need to get out and run more consistently, particularly with the Cape Cod Relay coming up.

Get on it. I need some performers on the team. I missed my run today -- the kids all slept later than normal and didn't wake me up until 7.
I've been streaky this month . . . the seasonal change affects my running for some reason -- though I was really looking forward to running today and am bummed that I missed my window.
