I ran 3.2 at lunch today. The weather looked bad, but it was actually mild. Roads/sidewalks were puddle-filled and slick, but I was glad to get the miles in. Felt good.

This is an experiment in distance training. We are a bunch of guys in our 30s who live far apart. This is our training blog. We hope to use each others postings as motivation in our own training.

Good for you. being single parent this week is proving a bit challenging for me. Tomorrow is probably shot too since I have a meeting right in the middle of the day. We'll see.
I hear you. Scheduling is the toughest part. I find that the forced breaks end up helping more than hurting in the long run. It's all about the mindset. The miles will come.
I'm digging the dual training.
