I'm back in VT, and it feels good to be running on a familiar road again. I got in a five miler today after work -- nice to have a chance to take advantage of the longer days, though I don't want to make the post-work run a habit. It's too easy to blow off after a tough day.
Everyone ok out there? Quiet on the blog lately.

I noticed the blog going quiet as well. Partly my fault as I've not head the time to post daily. (Even thought I check it almost every day.) I've been watching your training regiment closely. Hoping to incorporate some of it into my weekly runs once I'm physically able. Keep it up!
Hey, glad to see you out on the streets at a moderate pace. Patience. No need to reinjure during this crappy weather only to miss out on the goods for spring, summer and fall.
