Agricola's post inspired me to get out at lunch today. I did about 5 miles, and it's a good thing. I also broke out my marathon training schedule and realized that my 18 week program started on Monday! Yikes. Here we go boys!

I'm feeling good energy jolts right now. Sending me the schedule was great. Seeing your post, and knowing that my run pumped you up just pumped me up. I'm looking forward to getting out this weekend.

Nice. That's what it's all about. Relish the highs, endure the lows, cut yourself a break when your body needs one, and cross the finish line in May.
