5 miles, 43:41. No pain. Trying not to push it. I'll go for 3 - 5 on Tuesday. VCM is a slight possibility. (I had written it off last week, so I could just focus on getting healthy.)

This is an experiment in distance training. We are a bunch of guys in our 30s who live far apart. This is our training blog. We hope to use each others postings as motivation in our own training.

I must have missed your post on the new injury? Take it slow, be healthy, peace.
you can't bail on me. We'll run it slow and together and finish the damn race. It's been a tough spring, I'm still in. ONce, just once I'd like to have my life not in limbo whil training for a marathon.
2004: moved to Boston out of work.
2008: out of work, found a gig, it was horrible
2009: starting my own company hustling work all over and working tons.
2010: running a stable little company normal training schedule (predicted)
You can't not run. Even if you run it as slow as I do and run it with me we're going to run this freaking race.
